  • 1. Pre-Use Preparation
    Charge the Device: Fully charge the massage ring via the USB-C port before first use. The LED indicator will light up when charging, and turn off when complete.
    Clean the Skin: Wipe the target area (waist, arms, thighs, etc.) with a clean, dry towel to remove sweat, oil, or lotion.
    Check the Device: Ensure the massage head is clean, undamaged, and free of debris.
  • 2. Basic Operation Steps
    Option 1: Hands-Free Use (With the Strap)
    Thread the adjustable strap through the ring’s opening, then fasten the hook-and-loop tape to secure it.
    Place the massage ring against the target muscle area (e.g., lower back, abdomen, or thighs).
    Adjust the strap tightness to ensure the device fits snugly against your skin (avoid over-tightening to prevent discomfort).
    Short-press the power button to turn on the device. Press repeatedly to cycle through vibration intensity/speed modes.

Exchange or Return for a Refund

The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To return the products, please submit an item change request to customer service via

support@infeeln.comMost returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.We’ll issue the refund to your wallet in the amount of a few days if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

  1. If our products have quality problems or you think a certain product is not suitable for you, you can contact us for after-sales within 30 days after receiving the product. We do not provide after-sales services for items received beyond the 30-day warranty period.
  2. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Worn, damaged, washed or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return.
  3. Items returned without first contacting our customer service representatives will not be accepted. Please note that the address stated on the packing slip is not our return address. Items shipped there will not be accepted for return.
  4. We will process your refund after we receive your returned package. For credit card users, transaction processing takes 7 to 14 business days. For PayPal users, refunds will be credited back to your payment account within 48 hours.
  5. If the return item is shipped internationally, please mark it as "Return Item" to avoid any customs fees. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by customs to return packages. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Buyers will be notified if the product or packaging is found to be used or damaged, as we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation of value from refunds.
  6. For orders that need to be reissued due to our reasons, customers do not need to pay for shipping

Note: All returns must be authorized by our team through the Support Center. Returns without a Return Material Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Return process

  1. Contact our customer service representatives by sending us a request in your account. Alternatively, you can email support@infeeln.com. Indicate the order number, product name, and reason for the return of the product you wish to return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a returns form (RMA) along with our return address.
  3. Put the item in its original packaging and seal the package securely. Affix the return address you received from our customer service representatives to the package.
  4. Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our returns policy.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.

You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via support@infeeln.com once you decide to cancel the order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.

 

Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us atsupport@infeeln.com.Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Shipping & Delivery

We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items may take 1-3 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Delivery time:

1.Standard Shipping: Delivery in 10-15 business days 

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

For example, if you order a candle, it will need 3 business day of processing time and 12-17 business days of shipping time ( Standard Shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 15-20 business days.

Note: The delivery time is calculated after the order is sent, not after the order is placed.

Incorrect Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- If there is incorrect or missing information which we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.

- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

- If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

- If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer needs to contact the local logistics company by themselves. Please contact the logistics company and use the transfer order number to contact the local logistics company.

- If the delivery address is correct, we will deliver the package strictly according to the address you provided, so it is not the result of our operational error. The package should be lost or mixed with other packages during the delivery process. Please contact the local post office for compensation.


Order Status

Once your order is placed, we will update you on your order status by email. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)

Order Confirmation

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 48 hours to update the status of the shipment,sometimes will be longer and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. Please note:

Due to customer's personal problems (clearance, incorrect address, inability to reach the address, wrong phone number), the package was unclaimed within the limited time and the parcel was destroyed. The situation that the buyer authorized to place the package in front of the door, neighbors, etc. caused the parcel disappear or being stolen.We are not responsible.

If the parcels cannot be delivered successfully because the buyer has not paid the customs duties, the seller will not bear any responsibility,and we will not accept any refund request.
