1. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Generally, the processing time takes 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. The delivery time may be slightly affected by customs clearance and local logistics.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Address modification is available within 24 hours after payment. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the parcel is shipped.

2. Product & Quality

Q: Are your home products durable and safe?
A: Yes. All Infeeln products are made of high-quality eco-friendly materials. Every item passes strict factory inspection to ensure durability, safety and compliance with daily household use.

Q: Do the products have any installation instructions?
A: Most of our household items are easy to use without complicated installation. We also provide detailed paper or electronic instructions for assembly products.

3. Order & Payment

Q: How can I track my package?
A: After shipment, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can check the logistics status on the official tracking website anytime.

Q: Is it possible to cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled before shipment. If the package has been dispatched, cancellation is not supported. Please feel free to contact us for further help.

Exchange or Return for a Refund

The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To return the products, please submit an item change request to customer service via：support@infeeln.com.

We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

We offer free shipping on orders over US$69.

Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items may take 1-3 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Delivery time:

1.Standard Shipping: Delivery in 10-15 business days 

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

For example, if you order a candle, it will need 3 business day of processing time and 12-17 business days of shipping time ( Standard Shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 15-20 business days.

Note: The delivery time is calculated after the order is sent, not after the order is placed.
