CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine Wash: To ensure years of softness and to prevent abrasion, always wash this runner in cold water on a gentle cycle separately.
Dry Clean: Recommended to air dry to keep the runner in immaculate condition for long.
Tumble Dry: Tumble dry the runner on gentle cycle with low heat.
Do Not Bleach: Avoid using iron, bleach or fabric softeners, as the chemicals will reduce the softness of the runner over time.

Please Note: As each of our products is made to order, there may be approximately a 20% variation in color, pattern, binding and stitches compared to the sample photos. However, we ensure the main design is kept as shown. Additionally, the dimensions of this quilt may have a slight variance of 1-3 inches due to the handmade nature of the product.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Generally, the processing time takes 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. The delivery time may be slightly affected by customs clearance and local logistics.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Address modification is available within 24 hours after payment. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the parcel is shipped.

Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items may take 1-3 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Delivery time:

1.Standard Shipping: Delivery in 10-15 business days

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

For example, if you order a candle, it will need 3 business day of processing time and 12-17 business days of shipping time ( Standard Shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 15-20 business days.
