Each bedding set is custom-printed and made to order with care. This allows every piece to be specially crafted while maintaining a beautiful finish and long-lasting quality.

FABRIC CARE GUIDE

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle, low-speed cycle to help protect the fabric softness and reduce pilling.

Air drying or line drying is highly recommended to keep the bedding in its best condition over time.

If using a dryer, choose a gentle cycle with low heat.

Do not bleach, iron, or use strong fabric softeners, as these may damage the fibers and reduce the softness of the fabric.

PLEASE NOTE

Since every product is made to order, slight differences may occur in color, pattern placement, binding, and stitching compared to the sample photos. Variations may be approximately 20%, while the main design will remain as shown.

Due to the handmade nature of this item, the final size may vary slightly by approximately 1–3 inches.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Generally, the processing time takes 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. The delivery time may be slightly affected by customs clearance and local logistics.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Address modification is available within 24 hours after payment. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the parcel is shipped.

Q: Is it possible to cancel my order?

The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items may take 1-3 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Delivery time:

1.Standard Shipping: Delivery in 10-15 business days

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

For example, if you order a candle, it will need 3 business day of processing time and 12-17 business days of shipping time ( Standard Shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 15-20 business days.
