Exchange or Return for a Refund
The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible, please make sure that.
-The product is in its original packaging
-The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
We’ll issue the refund to your wallet in the amount of a few days if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If our products have quality problems or you think a certain product is not suitable for you, you can contact us for after-sales within 30 days after receiving the product. We do not provide after-sales services for items received beyond the 30-day warranty period.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Worn, damaged, washed or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return.
- Items returned without first contacting our customer service representatives will not be accepted. Please note that the address stated on the packing slip is not our return address. Items shipped there will not be accepted for return.
- We will process your refund after we receive your returned package. For credit card users, transaction processing takes 7 to 14 business days. For PayPal users, refunds will be credited back to your payment account within 48 hours.
- If the return item is shipped internationally, please mark it as "Return Item" to avoid any customs fees. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by customs to return packages. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Buyers will be notified if the product or packaging is found to be used or damaged, as we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation of value from refunds.
- For orders that need to be reissued due to our reasons, customers do not need to pay for shipping
Note: All returns must be authorized by our team through the Support Center. Returns without a Return Material Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
Return process
- Contact our customer service representatives by sending us a request in your account. Alternatively, you can email support@infeeln.com. Indicate the order number, product name, and reason for the return of the product you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a returns form (RMA) along with our return address.
- Put the item in its original packaging and seal the package securely. Affix the return address you received from our customer service representatives to the package.
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our returns policy.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Order Cancellation
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via support@infeeln.com once you decide to cancel the order.
For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
